'Sagra' is an Italian word for a celebration around particular seasonal ingredients. Our Sagra events provide our customers with inspiration and new ideas for cooking and entertaining, whilst keeping culinary traditions alive.

"Sagra di Pomodori" - Passata Making & Lunch

Our annual 'Sagra di Pomodori' event where we share the tradition of Passata making - an occasion that Italian families come together for each year to bottle tomato passata for the year ahead.
